- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 6–8 waffle cones
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prep the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy, approximately two minutes.
- Sweeten It Up: Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated and silky smooth.
- Fluff It Up: Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and airy, and then gently mix in the chopped strawberries.
- Prepare the Crunch: In another bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the crumbs hold together slightly.
- Fill Those Cones: Use a piping bag (or spoon) to fill each waffle cone with the cheesecake mixture, allowing it to peak at the top.
- Top and Serve: Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture on top of each filled cone and serve immediately or refrigerate briefly.
Notes
Prepare the filling and graham cracker topping in advance and assemble right before serving to keep the cones crunchy.
