- 1 package graham crackers
- 1 package vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container whipped topping
- 2 cups strawberry filling
- Fresh strawberries (for topping, optional)
Instructions
- Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk according to package instructions until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Fold in the whipped topping using a spatula until smooth and well combined.
- Layer graham crackers on the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish, covering the entire base.
- Spread half of the vanilla pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers, followed by half of the strawberry filling.
- Repeat the layering process with another layer of graham crackers, the remaining vanilla pudding mixture, and the remaining strawberry filling.
- Finish by topping the cake with additional whipped topping and scattering fresh strawberries on top.
- Chill the completed cake in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes (or overnight) to set before slicing and serving.
Notes
The longer the cake sits, the more the flavors meld together. Great for make-ahead preparation!
