- 1 cup Bell Peppers (Red and Green), finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Stevia or other sugar substitute
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Pectin
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Finely chop the bell peppers using a sharp chef’s knife.
- Mix the chopped peppers, stevia, apple cider vinegar, and salt in a heavy-bottomed pot.
- Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes.
- Incorporate the pectin and stir continuously for another 5 minutes.
- Cool the mixture, then transfer to heat-proof jars and seal tightly.
- Refrigerate filled jars to allow the jam to thicken.
