Description

Savory Taco Cups filled with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, and fresh toppings, served in crispy wonton wrappers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • Wonton Wrappers
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin cups.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, adding taco seasoning as it cooks.
  4. Spoon the seasoned beef into the wonton wrappers.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Top with sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes before serving.

Notes

Can be customized for vegetarian or gluten-free diets. Make ahead by preparing wrappers and filling separately.
