Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fettuccine or Tagliatelle Pasta
  • 2 tbsp Truffle Oil
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water, then drain.
  2. Sauté the garlic: Heat truffle oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the cream: Pour in heavy cream, stir gently, and let simmer for about 3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate the cheese: Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine pasta with sauce: Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, coating it with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed.
  6. Season: Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as necessary.
  7. Serve: Plate the pasta and drizzle with extra truffle oil and garnish with parsley.

Notes

Reserve pasta water for adjusting sauce consistency. Use high-quality truffle oil for best flavor.
