A vibrant and creamy tuna pasta salad perfect for picnics, potlucks, or quick dinners.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces Pasta (elbow, rotini, or penne)
- 1 can Tuna (drained)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Celery (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Red Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, red onion, frozen peas, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve cold, garnishing with extra herbs if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or avocado. This salad can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to three days.
